Amazon Connect now supports AWS CloudFormation on three new APIs: Users, User Hierarchies, and Hours of Operation. You can now use AWS CloudFormation templates to deploy these Amazon Connect resources—along with the rest of your AWS infrastructure—in a secure, efficient, and repeatable way. Additionally, you can use these templates to maintain consistency across Amazon Connect instances.
